re: magnetic tips cable. I thought they were GREAT until you somehow get dirt or anything like it with any sort of magnetic properties in there. You won’t be able to get it out and worse, it causes ARCING (sparks!) and shorting. And even after I was really really careful after having learned my lesson (after destroying a phone because of power issues) the "snappy" magnets will eventually come unglued and then the cable still becomes useless. Just get regular cables. USB type C and the Apple lightning cables are awesome.
