It’s got a small deodorizer compartment inside of it. Wondering what i can use for that, since it doesn’t state on the instructions.

And now your batteries are empty and you stand there with trash in your hands. How do you open it then?

Ahh I guess Jesse Pinkman has grown up to become a YouTube product reviewer. Way to go Jesse! Back on your feet , off the meth, and doing alright! My sincerest regards to Dr. White. He truly went out with a bang.

Mine lasted a while. I didn’t really go through a lot of batteries either. But, about a month ago, the motor just completely died. Replaced the batteries, tried to reset, and nothing! I read other complaints about this same trash can. I love the look of it. The price was reasonable. Now, I have a trash can that has a lid that’s up all the time. 😢 I know Costco will take returns, but I hate taking something back that I’ve had for a year. It just seems wrong to me. 😉

Imagine rats and mice getting inside the bin, all they have to do is pass the motion sensor bit, the lid opens if they can figure that out they very smart animals they can just find a way of getting in and out

Unfortunately it is not convenient for adults because need more time than just push the pedal. Therefore my sensor bin is always opened.

The hole is probably for the air, so it could move out/in when the bin is opening/closing.

Put the lid on the other trashcan lol that’s what I did with mine the opening too small and they’re super delicate you can even let it get wet on the website I remember reading a long list of like 20 or more things you can and can’t do . I hate the inner bin I won’t be buying another one .!

*Great trash can for our kitchen. It is pretty standard, but love that I don’t have to open it with my hands. Great product for the price.*
