    Resistors dissipate voltage dependent on the current, but current starts and finishes the same amount. Voltages should always equal zero once it hits ground, that’s where the resistors com e into play.

    My advice to other viewers, set the video to 0.75 speed and watch. The video is too fast but the content is good.
