How much is the total cost including monitor keyboard and mouse??

  2. Chromaticsketches on October 31, 2019 at 5:37 pm

It’s crazy how fast tech gets old. Just tried to look up how much this build would cost me now (10 months after) and most of the parts are already unavailable.

  3. IndieLife Filmz on October 31, 2019 at 5:37 pm

Do you have a video showing us where each component goes? I’v never built a computer before

  4. Tad Boomer on October 31, 2019 at 5:38 pm

Hi Sean. So glad I came across your video as I have been looking to upgrade as I move to 4k. I don’t know how it compares to others for 2018 but it is certainly something to start from and see what may have improved since a year ago. But excellent presentation and you now have another subscriber.

  5. Elaine Chauvin on October 31, 2019 at 5:39 pm

What would you suggest for beginners?

  6. Perrez Usreal Kandorozu on October 31, 2019 at 5:39 pm

Wow nice, how do I get the pc

  7. Richard Smith on October 31, 2019 at 5:40 pm

yes its insane, but its also insanely priced. this is out of budget for new you-tubers trying to move to 4K. In the end of the day, if your professional then 3k is nothing. all depends on the target audience.

  8. Iamyoung26 Y on October 31, 2019 at 5:44 pm

    Me want!

  9. LegShowMagazine on October 31, 2019 at 5:44 pm

Using an equivalent Ryzen CPU would bring the price down w/o compromising performance.

  10. yrussq on October 31, 2019 at 5:44 pm

Shameless advertising bullshit. No tests, no runs, just "amazing" "crazy" and "blazing fast" marketing bullcrap.

Hey Sean!!!! admire your work and am taking lots of your advice assisting me in my near future YouTube journey. This MSI build looks awesome!!!! I wanted to purchase my very 1st editing PC and would like to know if you will still consider this to be an ultimate editing PC for 2019? Or do you have any suggestions to further help my decision? Thank you for your time…..

people are actually stupid enough to believe a sponsored video that is not much than an add. what internet is today but crapp.

  16. Melinda Bruni on October 31, 2019 at 5:55 pm

I am planning in building this pc, but I live in Canada and some of the parts I cannot find online. If I cannot find the MSI-X299 SLI Plus ATX LG!2066 motherboard, what motherboard would you upgrade to that is compatible with everything else. Also the video card is no longer available, asi they have fazed them out with the new 2080 and 2080 ti cards. Which card would you upgrade to in this case to replace the MSI gtx gaming x 1080 card. Byt he way, if there is anything you would change about this build since posting could you let me know. I will be purchasing the parts soon. By the way, are you working on or have done a 2019 4k video editing desktop. If you have, could you reply with the link 🙂 if you haven’t I look forward to you doing one again . Awesome video by the way 🙂

Please Send me the links of these partsvin Amazon India.

    Try catch this Apple

  19. skashax777x on October 31, 2019 at 5:55 pm

you could build a cheaper pc and get similar performance with a threadripper, as nice as the I9 is it is also the most expensive cpu consumer cpu on the market
also you are better off with the ryzen series at this time as the am4 socket will be compatible with the zen 2 due for release mid this year and its thought the specs and the price to performance is going to be pretty darn good and intel are going to struggle to compete

  20. Iannis de Zwart on October 31, 2019 at 6:00 pm

That GPU is way too overkill for rendering 4k footage. You could’ve also used a 1060 of 1070

  21. Pixel Dude on October 31, 2019 at 6:02 pm

why didn’t you test the system, render some 4k footage? disappointing…

  22. Scott Fichter on October 31, 2019 at 6:06 pm

If I was Youtube whale, I’d buy this box in a host second.

  23. SANDY SIGH on October 31, 2019 at 6:06 pm

Sir how much this PC build..can u tell me plzzz

  24. Jeffrey Boles on October 31, 2019 at 6:08 pm

I’m sad. My editing machine has a quad-core 4.6 GHz OC processor with hyper threading (6700k), which seems fairly decent, but when I try to render After Effects scenes in 4k, it takes 50-400 times as long as the project. I need to make more money so that I can buy better components so that I can edit faster so that I can make more money and buy better components.

  25. Tf2Tco on October 31, 2019 at 6:10 pm

  26. Manny Manuel on October 31, 2019 at 6:12 pm

Can I get a great/fast 4K editing PC for premiere pro cc for under $2k? would I need 64GB Ram or is 32 enough? do I need 2 video cards or one is enough? what about SSD, do I need two or can it be fast enough with 1?

  27. Dr.Challenger on October 31, 2019 at 6:13 pm

Imagine giving him 3950x at that time 😂😂
    He would have been died

  28. Moses Melgar on October 31, 2019 at 6:13 pm

I know is an old thread, but can you share your BIOS/UEFI Settings for someone who support your channel buying this PC using your links?

Loved the video but someone needs to put this guy on a shock mount

  32. Hexspa on October 31, 2019 at 6:17 pm

9900k is better, or at least same within margin-of-error for premiere according to puget systems and costs half: https://www.pugetsystems.com/labs/articles/Premiere-Pro-CC-2019-Intel-X-series-2018-Refresh-Performance-1286/#Arethe9thGenIntelCoreProcessorsgoodforPremierePro?

⚡ QOTD: What do you think about this 4K video editing build? Does it live up to the title of, "Best Video 4k Editing Computer 2018?" LMK! 👇 👇 👇 Also, to see the camera and video gear we use to shoot 4K content check out this video here: https://youtu.be/BjPAWvbbat0

I was like, this build is so bad, does he have an update or something. Then I realized this is a film channel more than a pc building channel. If someone is seeing this, these are outdated components and you can get much better bang for your buck. Starting with using Ryzen 2 processors which are crushing Intel lately.

  35. ron ron on October 31, 2019 at 6:20 pm

I plan 4K video editing, both 8 bit and 10 bit / HEVC / H.265 with an existing computer: Intel Core i5-7400 3GHz processor, Intel Kaby Lake, mini ITX from HP 280 G3. the default 8GB DDR4 single DIM 2400MHz is incapable, especially Adobe After Effect besides Premiere Pro 2019. As a result it has been upgraded: GALAX GTX1060 6GB, Enermax SFX 550W PSU, 32GB DDR4 Team (Dual 16GB 3200MHz), Windows / C on M.2 SSD 512GB (half is still empty) Samsung 960 Evo series make adapter to 1X PCI-E, DATA is still an internal HDD 3.5 "7200RPM usual, but the result is no significant improvement even though CUDA ON at Premiere Pronya, prview has been set 1/8, not yet smooth, still broken, sometimes it doesn’t work, but it doesn’t hang, I’ve tried the game The Division2 high effect, it’s smooth (the Ultra effect doesn’t seem strong for this PC). What do u think about this setting? What does it makes no improvement? Thanks

  36. Allen Humphrey on October 31, 2019 at 6:21 pm

I think the saddest thing about a great build like this is the main components are out of stock EVERYWHERE! Sucks!

  37. Rigo Cornejo on October 31, 2019 at 6:22 pm

Most people in America don’t even have 2k in green numbers

  39. Dexter Klaus on October 31, 2019 at 6:22 pm

i calculated here every piece in italy. and with the monitor in total costs: 5000 euro!! almost double than America. its insane

  40. vance44 on October 31, 2019 at 6:24 pm

What’s processor are you using? .. my 8th gen i7 core processor with a NVIDIA GTX 1060 dedicated graphics card will open and play my 4K videos I can even get them to upload in an editing software program some of it is slow and choppy some of it’s not so bad but if I try to use GoPros editing software everything comes to a holt it says my computer is not supported… Only Katie lake and Skylake processors or equivalent are supported hevc?? So they’re trying to tell me only older processors can support hevc 4K files? That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard?

  41. TVBeats The Nightmare King on October 31, 2019 at 6:25 pm

Do u have a how to build video coming for this build?

  42. Apprendre l'art on October 31, 2019 at 6:26 pm

Is there any kind of service I can hire to build this for me?? I REALLY want it but I don’t want to risk damaging anything by building it myself 🙁

  43. Angelisms on October 31, 2019 at 6:28 pm
