Hey my man do you still have this radio? Is there any chance you could dump the sd card to a zip file and upload it? I have the same radio and someone stole the sd card with the maps on it so I have no gps at all lol
Dual is fully aware of the problem. And I cannot get a response back other than I need to send in my MAP SD Card for them to reformat. Then they will mail it back to me.
NNG (iGo Navigation) was kind enough to give me the response that allowed me to find out that Dual does know about this problem.

Please be advised that software responsible for properly decoding GPS data is managed and supported by the manufacturer of the device. They possess a necessary fix to address the issue caused by GPS Rollover, which took place on April 6 and affected many navigation devices.
Some navigation devices were partially affected (wrong date or time, or both), while others could no longer pick up a GPS signal at all. Please also note that this particular model was also reported to NNG and Dual as being affected by GPS Rollover.
As soon as you have contacted them, you will be provided a necessary fix and detailed instructions.
Just an update. DUAL has quit responding completely. After 5 additional emails sent they will not respond. When I call I talk to someone for 15 sec before they hang up. Because of this I would not buy a DUAL product for any reason. Even if it is just to resell a car, truck, motorcycle. The unit is 6 months old. They know about the issue and they will not help their consumers.

So it only lasted for a year? 👀 I’m asked cause I have one I never opened up I just always kept one of that dual Model radio .
