Difference Between Electrical and Electronics
Electrical refers to something related to electricity, such as electricity generation and distribution. Electronics are used in front of a device or machine that runs on electricity, such as home appliance.
Electrical and electronics may sound similar, but they are very different. Both involve moving electricity around a circuit to power useful products and machines, but that is where the similarity ends.

To make it simpler, if you like computer hardware configuration, then Electronics is the better choice for you. (my major was programming though)
Very difficult to understand your english.
Actually, Electronics engineering is subset of Electrical Engineering.
"Electronics" is a science which is an integration of Electrical science(electrostatics, electrodynamics, magnetics and electromagnetics) and Material science (material state and electrical properties of matter) where electron(electric-ion) plays important and fundamental roles.
Electrical engineering is a broad field of engineering which is not only limited to energy and power systems( generation, transmission, distribution and utilization of electrical energy) but also deals with the analysis, synthesis and applications of various electrical phenomena in other systems like in control systems, signals and signal processing, communication systems, measurement and instrumentation, optoelectric systems, electromagnetic systems, electrics of materials, design of electrical devices, components, equipments and systems, etc. To study these systems one should have a good knowledge of Electronics. In addition to this, elctronics give the basis for dealing electrical phenomena electrically i.e. without the means of manual and mechanical systems. So electrical engineers need a deep knowledge of electronics along with electricity, magnetism and electromagnetism.
Then why vehicles running on low voltage dc batteries are term as electric vehicles
