Had the Bonus IE years ago, gave them to a friend but did enjoy them. Does this set still have noticeable driver flex? That was my one gripe with the OG but I also wasn’t complaining @ 20 bucks.
I am still hoping some company will manage to get close to or copy my Etymotic Er2xr sound signature, keep a bullet style insertion, but just have a cable that does not suck anywhere near as much as the Er2xr.

I have the original Bonus, KZ ZSX and Blon 03. Blon is my favorite because it sounds textured and lush. What would you advice as an upgrade: kz dq6 or Bonus Pro?

Same thing if you cover the back of a shp9500. Bass goes away.
nice. ordered last night. Will probably have these as my slammin’ basshead set, Blessing 2 Dusk for balanced
slam and Timeless as rumbling balanced basshead set.
Only heard Dusk so far but based on reviews of these 3 I ordered that is conclusion so far.

Seen these, branded different though. Found them at Big Lots some years back. $5. Absolutely amazing. Went back and bought couple more pairs before they mysteriously disappeared. A lot of copycats showed up after that. But I 💯 percent agree with you about these earbuds. May have to pay 5 times the price now just to get them again. For all I know they have slightly improved, or not. Either way, great analysis.
Covering front vent and back vent, decreases and increases the bass respectively.
I notice that is irm has 2 holes. By covering one increases the bass. But like the JadeAudio jh3 that has to many vents I cover all. Then the bass was gone and the treble went to much. Then Imade a small hole as was perfect. So I guess to much hair reduces the bass and covering all vents does the same. A small hole makes it perfect .
