Everybody is explaining about the pins, but nobody is explaining if the pins and the recent time has to be settled after is plugged into electricity or can be settled up and than to connect to the electricity???
Also when & how to use the manual / automatic switch on the side?
The dilema is, what is the correct order or steps to follow?
1. Set the desired time with the pins
2. Set the actual time with the arrow
3. Plug into EL.
4. Switch on the timer (on the side).
I’m not sure at all….

I don’t get it at first. But then I got it when he showed some sort of teeth at every 15-minute that you could lift up and put down that will hit the switch on and off.
