All respect to Africa, But I think Kenya is one of the most advanced in building in Africa. All details are 100% of the hook. Concerning the price I think I would rather build apartments for the same amount, I would get more out of it then the house itself. I am talking as Investor. Just for living is very beautiful house, but I think they should be more land, it looks like its residential aria with small plot size. For Africa, you should be able to get more for this price, Swimming poor, Tennis court, nice large garden and so on.

The price of land in upmarket west side of Nairobi is ridiculously overvalued that developers assume that buyers will take the bare minimum just because of the location

Few kenyan homes are worth that money, this one is.

I hope the more affordable homes match the cost of living and what people would actually make working in any area in the country!

Beautiful house but no outdoor amenities. I wonder why the price is in US$ and not in Kenya shillings. I mean the house is in Kenya not in the US !Be pround of your own currency. Buyers can do the math in other currecies🙂
