More Than 5,000 Migrants Still Waiting Beneath Del Rio Bridge
NBC News’ Morgan Chesky was given rare access to the camp along the Texas border, where more than 5,000 people have been sheltering for more than a week. DHS officials say thousands of migrants have been released into the U.S., many with notices to appear at an immigration center within 60 days to get a court date for an asylum hearing.
