Hey great video… I went on the website and it says unlimited incoming calls for the $15 version… so this means I basically get unlimited if they call me right? Not to sound stupid or anything but seems like a great deal…

Just a question, you said there’s no way you can get surprise charges for data. So when you’ve used all your data, it just stops? Do they send you a text warning you about your usage, like you’ve used 90% of your data?

YOu can’t call them anyway. It is only live chat and during Covid virus nobody will answer live chat it hangs up soon as you start it every time. There is no phone number for Public Mobile. You have to go into a local store only.

The problem though is that they only have 3G and they only go as high as 8gigs now a days everyone seems to want unlimited 3G data which is 55 for some companies

f you really need phone support you can get it. Just threaten them with sending a complaint to the BBB and/or threaten to call the police and issue a fraud complaint. I got a call within half an hour.

Whow I pay 34 for public mobile but I get 5 gigs of data each month and now I have 2 extra promo gigs and canadian wide calling and now 200 free US calling

I signed up today and have been trying to port my number. It won’t let me do it myself and tells you to go through a Moderator. I have now been trying for over two hours to get hold of a moderator to help me. Who knows how much longer it will be? Getting frustrated!

Why does the video has referral code 054RPY while in the description it’s 96R229 ?
I tried using the one in your description but when I reached the payment page I didn’t see any discounts applied, so I went back to the first page of activation to enter the other code in your video, but now my SIM number is invalid and I can’t activate it. I ended losing $10 instead and may need to buy a new SIM card if this doesn’t get resolved.
i am with another phone company right now. And am planning to switch over to public mobile, but i want to keep my original phone number, do i have to do anything special? Or is that even possible?
The only thing I don’t like about their plan is that they charge you for calling your voice mail. I will probably avoid activating that altogether.
