  5. Dalmaen on October 20, 2020 at 3:28 pm

Not going to happen, right along the lines of the Fat Wonderwoman stupidity. Part of gaming is building our rigs, and if internet is down I can still game. I don’t, and won’t, use the subscription based plan of Microsoft Office either, Open Office works just as well.

Gamers who build their rigs are the rebels, we go our own way, and we mod our games. Sorry Shadow doesn’t have a box big enough to contain us.

  6. Manvel Mkrtchyan on October 20, 2020 at 3:29 pm

  25. B BOI on October 20, 2020 at 3:51 pm

this failed as bad as stadia

  26. Hugo Candeias on October 20, 2020 at 3:52 pm

For Africa Angola wont work, Optical fiber link capacity o 6Mbps/2Mbps, and capacity upgrades are very expensive….so will not work. Playing Warface sometimes i get bad ping….imagine now that shadow box…..

  27. Justin Wynne on October 20, 2020 at 3:54 pm

Is the internet really gigabit each way?

  28. sunsweetsuitable on October 20, 2020 at 3:54 pm

poor google stadia… you tried and failed

  29. Jake W on October 20, 2020 at 4:00 pm

It’s gotta way better I’ve heard. And it’s a lot cheaper at $11.99 a month. It’s also available everywhere in the US, just some states it isn’t as good because of the terrain and uncontrollable stuff like that

  30. Joseph Johnson on October 20, 2020 at 4:03 pm

  36. BritishEggs on October 20, 2020 at 4:14 pm

Linus should I get a shadow as my first PC?

  37. Noksus on October 20, 2020 at 4:14 pm

Best thing about this is no longer having to deal with a hot room in the summer while gaming.

  38. Thumper on October 20, 2020 at 4:16 pm

Hmmm that’s all well and good till you have people not able to have fast enough internet without data caps(cough Satellite). Killing off Personal Gaming computers? No… Maybe when SpaceX activates their new satellite internet we can ALL do this.

Forgot to mention you will now have total cost of monthly cloud gaming service, game specific costs per month or year and unlimited high speed internet service. In the long run you will spend much more money doing cloud gaming over having personal gaming computers.

  39. Shiro Surfer on October 20, 2020 at 4:16 pm

This looks great for working really

  40. Ahmad Sattout on October 20, 2020 at 4:16 pm

I don’t really understand how "Numbered" works? I’m guessing they’re in the lower 4 digits numbers

  41. BrutusPalmeira on October 20, 2020 at 4:17 pm

Sounds promising even more for 2018 but it’s now 2020 and it is in PRE-ORDER What happened? The Gaming PC been lobbying to delay that from happening??

  42. Thumper on October 20, 2020 at 4:18 pm

They didn’ t have much traction at all if this video is the only time i’ve heard of this service….

  43. westmkk1 on October 20, 2020 at 4:18 pm

I aint ever trading my rig for this

  44. Aaron Adams on October 20, 2020 at 4:19 pm

I like this….. Although user better keep their own latency as low as possible through monitor, and best possible isp service for their area, and keep input lag as low as possible as well.

  45. John Calistro on October 20, 2020 at 4:19 pm

I was getting an account to test, but the access will be available, if I sign today October 10th 2020, only in January 2021. #forgetaboutit

  46. Cjon wickham on October 20, 2020 at 4:19 pm

Rent lease gaming obsolete tech compatible issues quick upgrades to everything network problems downtime no thanks vs standalone owned and controlled upgrades besides security risks breaches.

  47. FourAlexia on October 20, 2020 at 4:19 pm

Pretty soon all our hardware will be on the cloud and we’ll just need a screen and peripherals 😂

  48. John Berger on October 20, 2020 at 4:19 pm

Heh. A friend just pointed out this video to me and …. wow. The description probably should have said "Thanks to Shadow for propagandizing this video". I’m so sick and tired of hearing about how streaming gaming services are going to take over when we still have companies like Comcast who love their monthly bandwidth caps *and* we still don’t have ubiquitous Internet access all over the earth that can handle latency speeds as needed for streaming game services. Having this kind of gaming accessible for EVERYONE is a pipe dream that is unlikely to happen in our lifetimes, not because the technology doesn’t exist but because the infrastructure to make it ubiquitous won’t exist for a hell of a long time. Until then, this notion about "the gaming PC is dying" or whatever, which has been erroneously stated every year for over 20 years, is going to continue to be nothing but clickbait with no sense of reality.

  49. Shiro Surfer on October 20, 2020 at 4:20 pm

Now I have an actual reason for my speedy internet lol event tho I have gaming PC: P

    But it’s cool
