  14. Zeeshan Ali on January 12, 2022 at 1:48 am

The truck drivers shouldn’t allow to carry the cell phones while driving.

  15. M Cramer on January 12, 2022 at 1:50 am

Person that CUT him off is also LIABLE!! He reacted- no way to
“predict” what if’s, that other driver is responsible. And KNOWS it, someone has that car on dash cam probably doesn’t even know it.

  16. Cash_NYC on January 12, 2022 at 1:52 am

the driver that cut him off should pay as well

  17. Corey Jackson on January 12, 2022 at 1:53 am

wow…guess we are just gonna ignore that fact that he was cut off abruptly. The fact he was messing with the phone is a moot point. An the argument is..he could have reacted faster if he wasnt texting…but the truth is he wouldnt have had to if the person driving the car the cut him off wasnt a complete waste of sperm. Truth be told they should be the one responsible for the crash. If it was the other way around people would break their necks to sue a trucking outfit!!

  18. Michele Erwin on January 12, 2022 at 1:56 am

    Why wasn’t he in jail?

  19. TrickOr Trump on January 12, 2022 at 1:58 am

After THREE citations the fine jumps to $11,000??????? Wtf is anyone still doing with a license after three citations?? Two should be it. License gone for two years. Anyone ever hear of someone still having a license after three DUIs? Cellphone crashes can be way more deadly than a drunk driver.

Although he shouldn’t of been on his phone us truck drivers are constantly cut off by any and everyone the motoring public is full of idiotic bastards that doesn’t understand how dangerous and difficult it is to drive a semi I hope the driver learned his lesson and will cut or even stop his phone use all together while he’s behind the wheel

  25. Leander Smith on January 12, 2022 at 2:06 am

Where is the law making it impossible to drive and receiving a signal inside a cabin

  26. Just Me on January 12, 2022 at 2:08 am

U can not blame a company because some of there drivers are stupid

  27. 4th Horseman on January 12, 2022 at 2:08 am

  33. Edwin Bell on January 12, 2022 at 2:14 am

The truck driver doesn’t belong behind the wheel of a pedal car…. Let alone a semi! 🚛 😠

  34. Toniche Cavalari on January 12, 2022 at 2:15 am

Even while out of control, crashing into the guard rail ready to go flying over the ramp ,
"He’s not letting that phone go" !

  35. Juan Munoz on January 12, 2022 at 2:15 am

Wow, but he didn’t let go of the cell, that really shows we rather die before let go of our phones lol!!

  36. Esteban Avila on January 12, 2022 at 2:16 am

Lucky no car was passing by underneath the bridge. Would have gotten smashed .

  37. Scott Prather on January 12, 2022 at 2:17 am

That company is going to get sued big time

  38. WeFreestyleForever on January 12, 2022 at 2:18 am

Nothing new here. Most truckers are incompetent.

  39. cherry love on January 12, 2022 at 2:20 am

can’t kill evil people he’s that stupid to be using a phone while driving he’s not a professional driver he’s suppose to be he could have killed other people with his stupidity

  40. whoopthereitwas on January 12, 2022 at 2:21 am

What kind of idiots don’t wear their seatbelt and text and drive or user phone while knowing the truck has a camera in it.

  41. Scott Prather on January 12, 2022 at 2:23 am

They’re going to have to put some kind of phone disabled feature in vehicles to get people to stop. Especially dangerous with big trucks. This one trucker was looking at porn on phone( probably jerking off at the same time!) ran into police emergency vehicles stopped by the side of the road killed an officer now he’s facing murder charges

  42. Mr. Joseph on January 12, 2022 at 2:23 am

Cell phone company’s can disable cells phones if it detects movement above 5 mph like they can so for trucking companies tablets.

  43. PickleSan on January 12, 2022 at 2:26 am

This is why, when driving a truck, you should just run over the car that cuts you off. Don’t steer to avoid the bastard. I’ve seen countless similar videos where the car driver gets away without a scratch whatsoever, and the truck driver crashing into the water or thumbling off a bridge. That should not be the result of these situations

  44. Bigman on January 12, 2022 at 2:26 am

Congress need to pass laws Driving while texting is a felony,if kill someone charges should be upgraded to manslaughter

  46. Red Neck Nurd on January 12, 2022 at 2:27 am

nobody care!!!! A trucker that could not read, speak or understand English, was driving in Colorado, illegally, with a conditional CDL for Texas, sped down a hill at 85mph and crashed killing 4 people. He got 125 years. EVERYBODY except the DEAD, want him to be released.

  47. Infinity Tricks on January 12, 2022 at 2:29 am

AI will eliminate this very soon.

  48. Alberto Valdes on January 12, 2022 at 2:30 am

Even if they knew who the driver was unless there was a dash cam it wouldn’t make a difference end of the day the truck driver is always at fault no matter what! Every one is always on there phone in whatever they drive cops on the phone and laptops we have so many regulations as drivers its ridiculous this guy losing his life is sad at the end of the day!

  49. Offgrid homesteaders on January 12, 2022 at 2:32 am

They need to sue these cell phone companies and makers out of business. Cell phones are responsible for more vehicle fatalities and damage than drunk driving. BAN all cellphones! If it could just save one life it would be worth it.
