you should do 2 things. the 1st is to get a dashcam for the front and rear of your vehicle. small enough to not be easily noticed. the 2nd thing is to start covering your plates when you park your vehicle and then take a pic of it. that way if you come back and see it’s removed, you will know they found your vehicle and took a pic of the plates.
