This is the first in a series of three educational videos produced by the U.S. Army Center for Personnel Claims Support (CPCS), Ft. Knox, KY on the claims process for household goods. This video demonstrates how to make sure that you correctly inventory property, and taking precautions to secure valuables, so in the event of a moving issue you will be able to file a claim. This video also covers what to expect on pack-out day when moving your household goods.
