School is supposed to be a place of safety and trust for your kids to be left in. As a parent you would trust that the school takes full responsibility of your child and makes sure that they are safe and have a great day. But instead you show up to school only to be greeted by police and yellow tape.

If that was my daughter I’d force the cops to put me into jail. Because I’d use all the years of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, TKD, Muay Thai, kali, and krav to use to force my way into the prison. The shooter was the enemy, but the police getting into the way allowing that kid to shoot the children are also a greater enemy. And now more than ever, I see cops as the enemy. Will it ever stop? Where are we heading? Why do we need assault weapons in common citizens hand? How long we are going to give reasons like having access to weapons is not the problem. It all happened because someone was in a bad mood or under the influence or permanent or recurring mental health issues and just decided to carry out a rampage. Is this going to be the norm? We humans are only capable of this?
Two thoughts. It’s time to put Combat Veterans in schools. These people who have been shot at won’t be afraid to fight. Cops seem to be more interested in Self preservation than heroic actions. And wasn’t the Left that always told us we might as well Legalize Drugs because Prohibition didn’t work. How then, would a Gun Ban work?

Republicans will not ban military style weapons or those that use magazines full of ammunition to protect the citizens of America, yet, when Trump appears at the NRA Convention in Houston being held May 27-29th, firearms are banned. The hypocrisy of the Republican Party is so pitiful. They’ll protect an ex-President/dictator, but they won’t protect the children. I’m not against banning hand pistols that don’t have magazines, but the Republican Party bashed Democrats for wanting gun control. Trump wants a civil war too. Bring it on fat boy.
