i’m learning about some computer viruses
i can’t believe some of them couldn’t be preventale because all the virus needed was the device to be connected
The virus came to life it’s now called the corona
ILOVEYOU was from the Philippines developed by Reonel Ramones and Onel De Guzman. It started to spread westward and affected millions of computers (as stated on the video). Although speculations circulate that the Pentagon hired both of them, we are not certain.

Since there wasn’t a law in the Philippines back then against such cyber crime, senators and legislators then approved the Republic Act No. 8792 of the Philippine 1987 constitution, or simply as the "Electronic Commerce Act of 2000". Because of this law, future incidents will now penalize and punish the virus developers, depending on the gravity of the effects and damage it caused.
