This isn’t really never ending pain, but actually being one of the MCs in Genshin Impact would suck so bad. You lost your sibling because of a god nobody knows anything about, and once you finally find them again, they leave through a portal without you, bringing one of your only leads about the god with them. Everyone who claims they can help can’t, they just make you do favors for them. Only 3 characters actually seem like they care.

if you get infected the infection starts altering your flesh snapping your bones as flood chunks grow
you are still concious and feel every ounce of pain… but thats not all you remain alive untill the flood body gets killed having no control and only feeling pain until sweet release
Another fact about revenant from apex legends: he has infinite robots which were also crafted by hammond robotics. Meaning that if his “case” is damaged, his memory moves on to another robot, he experiences death over and over and over again. Whenever he gets respawned he says “why cant i just die already”
