There was a Law & Order ep regarding a trans woman who was still transitioning who was sentenced. Since he was biologically male still, because he wasn’t finished the whole transitioning process, they sent her to male prison. That turned out disastrous for obvious reasons.
If a trans person has no desire to go through the whole process, then they should be in the male prison. In the hypothetical case above, they should be put under house arrest until they’re finished transitioning.
As for this case, if it’s true, then that’s terrible, but how do we know that prison guards aren’t responsible too?
It’s crazy that the. world of people say they have there own opinions, and LGBTQ is over here forcing and pushing there voices on us

Why not have a four-kind prison system: Men, women, transmen, and transwomen? Everyone stays safe in their own blocks, and nobody is angered.
