i’d say i’m set w/ tech for now. but i think i might need to upgrade my vid editing software. i use Movavi now..was thinking about adobe.
He said just upload a video! If you are not uploading just do it! So I did and WOW what a slow start it has been!!!!!!!!! I really need to get a new camera!
I totally need to invest in some gear this year. Currently rolling with a Canon SL1 with chronic auto-focus issues, a GoPro Hero6 that loves to freeze at the worst times, and an iPhone 6 with a toasted battery. Definitely time for some improvement. Looking hard at the Canon EOS M50 as a result of the reviews that you have done (thank you). Also toying with the idea of adding a DJI Osmo Pocket if the budget allows.

Next gear will probably be a LAV mic. Haven’t decided yet if I’m going for wireless or not.
Personally I really want to buy the DJI osmo pocket, its so portable and takes really good quality video. Not to mention the gimbal it has its great. I think its a great all around package for under $400

– I think you wrongly fixed it 🙂 I think a lavalier microphone is still better than this Shure microphone. Lavalier microphone is closer to the sound source, your voice and we get a more professional voice.
I use powerdewise lavalier mic for my videos and its size is much smaller, easier to use, PowerDeWise cost is $ 25 vs $ 250 for "Shure". I really don’t know. What are its advantages for the price?

Sean, I’d really like to upgrade to a better main camera and use my current main camera (only one) as my second angle. I’m vested into Nikon gold ring glass and FF cameras, and was thinking of the Nikon Z6 for that. My current D600 is terrible at video. Really wish Nikon would include flip out screens like Canon.

I am saving up money to buy a computer that is strong enough to run video/photo editing software as well as run a lighting software called GrandMA. I’m turning 14 on the 18th of this month and hoping that I’ll have enough money by the end of this year if not earlier!
