    I canceled my cable tv and phone with Frontier and kept internet, they kept billing me for 3 months for tv and cable when they turned it of months ago, I was told it takes their billing Dept 3 months to catch up, they owe me $330, so 2 months later they turned off my internet and wanted me to pay the 3 months I don’t owe, 2 months of equipment charges I sent back months ago and a disconnection charge…and they me money. I have spent 17 hours on the phone with reps (taped every call because every rep has a different explanation) now I’m with Spectrum, 3x faster internet at 12 the cost of Frontier and no problems whatsoever and their customer service is SPOT on, sad because I was with Verizion FIOS for years and loved them, Frontier ruined that. I’m done with Frontier, worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

    I’m getting them today from 8 am to 12 PM today I’m going to ask lots of questions and lots of rework on the out side we will see but I guys the pings are better then my 4 g LTE servers wheir games had over 350 pings so

    Fronter, is the worst cable company that I have ever used , they lie, the people that answer there phone don’t know what there talking about, all I can say don’t try them lesson to what the people say I wish I would have checked before I went with them, I lost so much money, they tried to mess up my credit, don’t use them,, the worst ever,

    when frontier merged the previous company too their assets with them in regards to infrastucture. this is why everything went to shit so quickly. it was literally an over night a switch was flipped. they are trying to build out the network but i think the damage is done, bad customer service and shitty service period has taken a toll. Frontier’s days are numbered

    do me a favor and tweet @askfrontier and ask them why they keep jerking around @RadioUnderland.

    Long story short , I ordered internet on 1/16/19. First install date was 2/6/19 (no call no show) they apologized when I called and rescheduled for 2/18/19 , once again no call no show , I called them they promised they would be there first thing in the morning 2/19/19 no call no show again. I called them again and they promised 2/20/19 at 8am sharp. Still nothing. Put some public pressure on them. 4 days off work waiting for these ass holes. Now they are trying to reschedule for 3/12/19 thanks for helping a fellow out. And I subscribed

    Only problem I have had was them not showing up but internet for 20 dollars I can’t complain to much I use to have years ago it was I grew box frontier stayed it had to be replaced

    I paid my June bill online. I got a confirmation number but Frontier says they never got the money. My bank sent me a copy of the transaction, I mailed it to Frontier but they insist I pay it again! Frontier is nothing but a criminal enterprise. We know who these people are. They’ve got a headlock on all the financial institutions: the banks, insurance companies et cetera. They live in gated communities in Florida. And they can’t figure out why nobody likes them.

    Well just got internet to day it’s only a meg but pings are 30 ms but I have to say they have network congestion a pings will go way up but they rely so much on the government for money it’s not funny I mean come one the government has they say wheir that money has to go and guess what it’s not us the tech that came out said they upgraded a place in mi that had 500 on the down to 1000 mbps he seem very upset about that as he now we need it but what can we do

    Ya they are bad I am getting them set up but they only give 1 mb that’s on network congestion but it’s better then my 4 g lte less then 128 kbps

    Frontier SUCKS!!! I AM DONE WITH THEM!!! I just went with Charter there internet speed is SO much better they claim 100MB but I am getting in average 60mb versos with frontier under 1mb yes 1mb!! POST IT IN TO YOUR LOCAL NEWSPAPER CRAIGSLIST FACEBOOK POST ALL YOU CAN ABOUT THIS DISHONEST SUCKY COMPANY!!!

    I was thinking about getting frontier dsl but thy only have 3mbps for $37.99 a month with out taxes

    After the custormer service that Ive gotten in the last two days just to get my tv service switched back on Im close to dumping them.
