So I had this idea; start filming local Texas bands that are upcoming.
This helps me with great music for my background and helps them with more attention and viewers. I went to meet up with Patrick from the band Neso, he showed me what he did and made a song on the spot. Growing up, if you would’ve told me to listen to this type of music I would’ve called you a poser! These days I enjoy the melodic, Patrick said the style of Genre is called Dream Pop, I am all about it. On my trip up my friend had just bought a 5k Flat Screen TV, we were watching GoPro channel on YouTube and the video clarity looked amazing, then I remembered my GoPro Hero 9 has 5k resolution! So I started recording some of the San Antonio Cathedral’s and Mission in 5k resolution and left it on for the interview with Patrick from Neso as well. I got home and started to upload the video and edit something and they did not load! I called GoPro freaking out I might have lost the video, they did a diagnostic and gave me the painful truth that my desktop computer is too slow, antiquated if not Obsolete already. It bogged out when I tried to open a 5k file. So now the plan is simple, build myself a custom desktop with the processing power and graphics card to edit videos, makes music, digital draw, etc. I prefer Linux but I do not want any learning curves and complications, I want it to work and no issues so I think ill just go with Windows with Vegas Movie Studio, Ableton Music, and some type of digital drawing pad program. Until I figure out how to retrieve those other videos without having to buy a new computer enjoy the song Life Pilot by Neso and a stroll through Laredo, Texas, border to Mexico. More Californians should move to Laredo, it is not as congested as Austin, Houston or Dallas. We need more growth and expansion down here as a city, we are about 3 hours south of San Antonio. SpaceX is about 2 hours further south from here and booming with work!
