Apple lost me as customer. They used to have great customer service. Now they’re belligerent and telling me to read the fine print. For a $1,000 phone that wouldn’t hold up in water they’re telling me it’s me and not a defect.
Congratulations Apple! You’ll be out of business within 7 years! I’ll NEVER buy another product. Done! Next!
