How can you say its the best Remote Software when it only allows users of windows to use? There are many other remote programs available that cater for all platforms.
scammers could use this to get control of your pc . as it seems from how you presented the video that you download the full version that access to the security and control features where as the express version has no control , only to let you get on their machine. Obviously the other user has to give consent but it can catch some people unawares . There are others that have 2 way control so allowing you to reverse the connection . If you are tech savvy enough. Usefull for combating scammers . Teamviewer is one such software

Hi, Can this be used in a production environment with a free licence?
I prefer AeroAdmin and Remote Utilities but this program looks nice for a quick solution for personal use. Remote utilities & AeroAdmin both are free for business use & have great features. Remote Utilities limits your free address book to 10 pc’s and you can buy different licenses depending on the size of your organization. AeroAdmin is $70 per year for unlimited end points for one technician & they also have a free version which the limitations elude me at this moment. Glad to see another option in the remote desktop world. An honorable mention is TightVNC which is especially versatile across all operating systems.

Brian, wonder if you can help with an issue. I watched your video and it looks like a very good replacement for Teamvewer. My problem is when I install the Remote Assistant and open it, the Product ID & Password fields are both blank…no numbers. I tried opening the Quick Support file and again, the fields are blank. I tried disabling my security software but that didn’t help. Appreciate any help you could send my way.

The other day I got the notification from TEAMVIEWER about my being on the list for using it for commercial activity when, in fact, I only use it for 3 computers(moms desktop, friend’s desktop and his laptop). So I saw this video and tried it out and it’s better than the TV. Thanks chief! Great help for we techs!
