First time ko makapanuod ng may suggestion na smartphone for elderly. Di namn yan sa smarthphone aanhin nila yung ganyan more on text call youtube lang. Non sense ganda ng phone kung di nmn talaga magagamit nila.

My grandmother has an iphone x she takes a lot of picks with her friends and use fb a lot
You forgot the *Xiaomi Mi Max 3.* It has a *color accurate(no eye strain/fatigue)* 6.99 inch display, sturdy *full metal* build, *5500mah* battery, and it now runs *Android 10.* I bought mine for only *Php 8,000* last January.
The Pixel 3a/3a XL should’ve been on this list. It doesn’t have all that useless, gimmicky bloatware like all the Samsung Galaxy phones have. It has the best camera of any mid-range smartphone and will also receive more OS updates than any of these phones said in the video (minus the iPhone).
Do yourself a favor and skip any Huawei/Samsung device if you want reliability, longevity and best of all..that camera! 🤩😎
My dad settles with his nokia phone with keypad because his primary source of entertainment are cable movie channels. Si mom naman gusto ng bagong phone na may magandang camera at malaking screen. Both of them are seniors. Ipapa-panuod ko sa kanila ‘tong video. Thank you, yugatech!

Realme C3 is an option. Affordable price, sturdy build, serviceable camera, average performance. Imagine your lola/lolo losing a 30k phone that you bought 😅
Hey guys why not also have an episode the best smartphones for visually impaired or blind people because as a visually impaired person my best choice for a smartphone is the samsung galaxy note series. Because once you turn on the accessibility plus the s pen that is the time you will have the best convenient experience. Without using any eyesight
I liked the idea but the suggestions are too expensive & more targeted towards the younger audience. Seniors just need usability for basic apps and a great camera.

I think seniors doesn’t need large battery and big storage because they usually text and call only. But as I saw my father, he prefers bigger screen so he can see the texts.

My grandma uses 2 phones the Iphone 6s and the Iphone 8 plus. She just uses it for social media

I saw the Nokia C2-05 online the other day and I think it’s such a pretty phone. I’m a techy guy but I can still appreciate these relatively simple phones, having grown up with far simpler gadgets growing up in the 80’s and 90’s that cost a tidy sum back then. I remember my Samsung SGH-X700 and SGH-E840 that both cost around P15K IIRC. The C2-05 is just around P850 and should be fine for calls and texts.
Walang Realme XT/X2? Its costly but its a sub-20k device and has amoled screen, senior citizens tends to need only facebook/messenger and yt to kill their boredom, a midrange device is just enough. A decent performance/speed/camera.

di ko mapagkakatiwalaan ang mga senior sa smartphone na 20000 plus, di nila ito mauutilize, unless talagang marunong sila gumamit kaysa sa nandyan lng tas bihira gamitin. ifleflex lng nila sa ibang senior na wala hahaha
