    Why don’t you make tutorials for your equipment. Just flashing screens with stupid music is not what most consumers want or need. Garmin makes excellent training videos….hint

    Hope the support is extended now, on my zeus touch the firmware support only lasted for a year; that was a bit disappointing!

    A three minute video is not product support. With every generation of Navico hardware feature after feature is buried 12 menus deep. Logic does not build on previous iterations. And previous gen hardware is abandoned with no support. There is a market for stuff that is supported for longer life cycles and kind of works the same – that is how you make sailing more fun, you make the instruments less of a burden.

    I have a B&G T12 touchscreen unit which will not power up. I currently have the back cover off.. anyone have any experience repairing these or any idea what to look for? Thanks!
