I’ve had an amd rx 580 nitro 8gb for about 3 years. Bought it late but its pretty good. I can run all latest games on high without any problems. It’s supported by upgraded ram and cpu also. Good card! Btw the price back then was about £260 brand new.

Hey buddy I’m building my own PC now I got a b450 mother borad for gaming with 16gb of ram ssd 512 2tb hard drive and amd ryzen 2600x cpu power supplie is 700w and 520 gpu for gaming and editing videos
honestly the 580 still holds up respectably. I’ve only recently retired a 4gig version for a 2060 (it was the best I could find for now)

I’ve always bought gaming laptops, I just shop around on Ebay until a good deal pops up. Been loving HP Omen machines. Current machine has a 1TB SSD, RTX 2070 Super GPU, Intel i7-10750H CPU, 144hz Monitor, 32GB Ram, and came with Windows Pro. For the ~$1400 I paid for it, it’s everything I need in a machine right now. Portability’s a huge plus for me, so a laptop is ideal.

so to mention on the gaming laptop my opinion is, yes, get one. You do sacrifice quite a bit with not being able to upgrade almost anything. But if you can put in a bit of funding into it you can get a system that will run for years. I have a Zephyrus G15 with a r9 5900hs and a 3070. I have absolutely no problem playing any game at high and ultra at 1080 but at 1440 is a bit let’s say different. You won’t be stuck at low settings and your frame counts will dip into the 60 ranges but man, oh man, you get some gaming experience.

I spent a little over a grand for an Acer Nitro 5 gaming laptop that has a GeForce RTX 1080 intel core i7 at best buy and I got to say I love it a lot
The only reason best buy isnt able to get anything is because the economy is crashing.

Best Buy seems alright, I got all my parts from amazon and I got them all for about £1800 (upgraded mouse and keyboard and headset at Xmas) and it is amazing, but best buy seem decent
