STAY AWAY FROM COMOUNA!!! They are a SCAM!!! They take your money and don’t send you your merchandise. Instead they provide hacked UPS tracking numbers that are real numbers but have nothing to do with you or you purchase! If you have been scammed by them, call your credit card company or financial institution now and start a dispute. Please also file a complaint on The Federal Trade Commission so that these crooks get what they deserve…Jail time!!! You will definitely not get your merchandise from them! Please don’t get Scammed by them!

It does appear to be a scam. For a 50 lb air conditioner they send me a UPS tracking number (1Z8Y80950329612721) for a 1.6 lb package. On checking with UPS, I was told that tracking number was for a package from Amazon to a person and place I never even heard of. Others have complained of the same thing: https://www.onlinethreatalerts.com/article/2020/3/22/is-comouna-a-scam-or-an-untrustworthy-online-store/. I never got a response to numerous emails and filed a refund request with PayPal.

Absolute scam, I wish I had seen this video. PayPal even closed my case in favor of the seller.
