A lot of talking and not enough detail… didn’t show the bathrooms, laundry, parking, …… Would love a more comprehensive (or actual) walkthrough!
What a kid 👦.
I’ve lived for a year in the Bowie across the street and IMO this is the best area of downtown Austin. The East end of downtown near I-35 and Congress is getting overrun with bums and is a bit scary, but the West end is still nice. You can walk out the door and go for a 20+ mile hike/bike around Lady Bird Lake and up Barton creek or just go across the street to Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s. The sound proof windows highlighted at the end here are important because the train does some screeching as it makes the bend below but it’s never woken me up at night.
Wish the video had less talking and more deets on the unit, the Spring complex, and amenities.
Can you recommend any apartment buildings in or around the city where I can buy a nice affordable apartment? I can’t find any info with developers offering apartments for sale
