As promised I finally got around to doing my review of the Dual head unit. This unit is the definition of you get what you pay for. Wal-Mart sells this Dual deck for $100 and for the price its pretty decent but take a look and decide for yourself.

I think you’re stuck on your pioneer. Spoiled to the point that no matter if that Walmart unit gave you a BJ, it would still be deemed trash. Why not just go spend the money for the expensive trash that will go out like the last one? I bought the very same unit from Walmart, and I have not experienced any of the issues you’re talking about. You just bought a bad unit. Ever thought about that?

Restarts 2x everytime i start it up always goe back to radio you tried to turn the volume up or down half the time it does the opposite
I bought the xvm279nav and i dont see where to plug the rcas for my amp that controls my subs. I see the camera part and the other two rca plugs say front speaker and rear speaker
So u can’t Bluetooth music from your phone

I have that same car stereo and it’s not bad at all.
I just got one the other day for a cheap upgrade, and let me say it sounds pretty good pushing my 2 10s Audiobahn subs, 1000 watts each with a 2000 watt amp. Still fine tuning it to hit even harder. Bluetooth is a lil off some song don’t have bass as if u have the aux cord in, but not bad for under a 100

I SEE EVERYONE TRASHING THIS $100 STEREO, WHEN THIS STEREO DOES WHAT IT IS SUPPOSED TO DO. IT PLAYS RADIO AND PLAYS BLUETOOTH JUST FINE

This thing is trash got a Kenwood coming in, the bluetooth is absolutely trash. Let someone call you while on a call and it mutes everything! Awesome video though someone had to put that info out there.
I wouldn’t buy a deck with navigation built in, I wouldn’t use the navigation because android auto works great especially using Google maps, it’s way better.. personally I would get the kenwood Exelon 9906 with capacitive touch and HD screen.. the nex decks are nice but your paying for built in navigation that isn’t near as good as Google maps on wireless android auto.. plus android auto will get way more updates than kenwood or pioneer will push out.. android auto gets a few updates a year and is constantly getting better.. plus the kenwood Exelon 9906 has 5v preouts and a real clean signal

Dude, you paid $100. What did you expect? Pretty decent unit for that price. If your not satisfied go get your Pioneer.

Like a dumbass i didnt watch any reviews before buying this unit. It will be delivered in two days, and after watching this review and reading some of the comments, i dont think im even going to open it. Just ship it back. Pisser, it usually takes about a week or more to get your money back. im going to save a little more and get a better unit.

I just bought one tonight. I was on the fence about buying it seeing as you use to be able to buy Dual and Boss at your local flea market. Im still on the fence on keeping it.
As soon i turn headlights on it dims up a week later it started dimming on and of constantly any recommendations to how to fix or just return it?
