    Great presentation:

Here is a question for you two smart gents:

If I want to install a bidirectional EVSE, how would this be different from a non bidirectional EVSE installation?

While you use did the presentation for the portable cellular signal strength locator, It made me wonder if you could use this before purchasing a SIM card to establish which provider has the strongest cell signal at a job location? Would this be a correct use for this device?

Hi guy’s. Looking at car chargers I see that most time the cars will be charged up at night time.
Now if that is so. With more cars as said will be bought because no petrol or diesel cars made after xxxx year.
This will but a Large Load on the mains all the way to the sub stations.
Have they added what loads might be needed. Why. Well I have seen what overloads do to a sub mains fuse. Not a pretty site. And the whole of Woodbridge Lost one phase. This was for a different reason. Our New Supermarket area had just been turned On. And somebody hadn’t uped the sub mains fuse to take it. Oops.
So we’re do we stand ?????.
    Sorry for being long 😀

Any electrician can install a charge point, there’s nothing specialist about it.
And just like any sector where there’s demand, and electricians are concerned it will soon be a race to the bottom just like with EICR"s

Ive not had any call for ev so far, but most my work is in terraced streets with no drives. It be interesting to see where ev goes for these type of houses.
