It is videos like this that get me worked up, not because they are showing security vulnerabilities but because, my daughter had someone hack her facebook account, I got a text message in the middle of the night at 2AM from her account. Then later I heard my wifes phone ring in the middle of the night, I am THE Security Officer at the company I work for. It isn’t a big company but it does have some big cliuents, like IBM, Mayo, Schools, THE GOD DAMN GOVERNMENT, AND TECHNOLOGY COMPANIES. So I take my job seriously, I knopw that an attack vector is breaking into my family’s system so that they can break into mine, I even train my kids on security. So when my wifes phone rings. ( My wife whom I have a reasonable expectation of implicit contract of support for her devices ) I check it out, having supported all of the families devices before ( PRIOR WORK, REASONABLE ASSUMPTION ). So I check out her phone, its locked no big deal I am the admin ( Another Implicit contract ) after all, that is how I made sure that my daughters phone was secure after the Facebook incident. BTW, None of this would have happened if hackers were not able to penetrate the security of an Android device and get into a FaCebook account. When I check out the phone I find that it has a message from someone, that message is, "I can’t wait until we are together forever" and it is from a guy. I was crashed and pissed, so I woke her up and asked her about the message, she didn’t deny anything. I got mad, I yelled, acted like a total jackass, but I think people might be able to understand why when they find a message like that from someone else after 20 years of being together. Finally, I am so pissed I feel it is time to walk the fuck out and leave her, after all, she was either cheating on me, or didn’t deny it because she didn’t want to be with me. As I am packing up my things going in and out OF MY OWN GOD DAMN HOUSE, THEY LOCK THE FRONT DOOR AND I DON’T EVEN HAVE MY HOUSE KEYS ON ME, SO I WOULD BE LOCKED THE FUCK OUT IN THE COLD ALL NIGHT. AT THIS POINT I HAD GOD DAMN ENOUGH. SO I KICKED THE DOOR IN. Mainly so I could get my fucking car keys and computer to DO MY GOD DAMN JOB. They called the police, I was arrested and went to court took a plea deal got a divorce and so on.. But that wasn’t enough, they startedx to use illegal surveillence, not the covert kind, the pressure kind, they let me know that they were watching me. This actually is a tactic by the FBI, just watch FBI files where they talk abotu it. So I lose my shit and actually start telling people things that are known but not advertised because it is on the better side of caution that not everyone knows all of the things most security people know. INSTANTLY, the pressure is increased by Law Enforcement and at this point I am thinking technology companies. I know you are thinking why do I think the FBI is involved? Because I CALLED THEM, STUPIDLY THINKING THEY WERE NOT COMPLETE FUCKING MORONS… I have been covertly harrased for the past 4 years. Here are my key lessons for you if you are a security person. My key mistakes were TRUSTING THAT THE PEOPLE IN CHARGE WERE NOT COMPLETE FUCKING MORONS. By the way, I reported a vulnerability to Google staff, Amazon shares personal data without being authenticated, gapps gmail ( not google domain ) allows you to send messages from yourself to yourself interdomain communications without being authenticated, I have a screen shot I will post on my web page. Amazon is a hackers haven they can instantly spin up systems to use as an attack platform and drop them off just as quickly,. Don’t defend anyone, they don’t give a fuck about you, I ended up alone in my parents basement after an aoritic dissection after declaring bankruptcy, with part of my leg missing fron the surgeries performed to save my life this is a true story, it is 100% accurate in everything that it says.
