I have every reason to do what i had to do if you were in my shoes! I couldn’t take it any longer I had spent over thousand dollars on medication she couldn’t stop. Why does an AT&T tower (close to me) only have 12m down on data? I am getting 6m down about 5-6 miles away so I took my Netgear MR1100 modem and laptop about 1/2 mile from the tower and only get 12 down there. My T Mobile gets 25-40 about the same distance away and well over 50 up close.

Go phone or now Prepaid does not support any micro cells and wifi calling and is not allowed for AT&T and I get 0 Service unless I go outside and down the road a few feet. I Don’t understand how wifi calling is allowed for Post Paid accounts and not prepaid yet I can facetime with no problem. Such a Crock AT&T Seems to have gotten worse when it comes to Customer Service. PS Before spending $$ on a cell booster with AT&T make sure you have a post paid account since the booster requires a post paid account to use it and login.
