    Thanks for watching guys!
To answer two questions I’ve seen asked a couple of times:
    1. No, the door of the previous fridge couldn’t be mounted to the other side.
    2. The top of the microwave develops heat, so we can’t put the toaster directly on top. I would have to build some shelf-like contraption for to allow some space in between the two, but currently there are other more important things in life (such as making videos about our kitchen.)

I mean, I’m subscribing and I have zero interest in Japan. I just want to watch YOU! Lol. Too bad you aren’t gay!

Fascinating. Having lived in many countries, but not Japan, it’s so interesting to see how a typical Japanese kitchen looks and functions. Thanks so much for making this video.

Pretty sure all fridges can have the hinge/open direction switched round…

Do you live in a house or Mansion? In my house before I bought it the kitchen and living were separate rooms but they tore down the wall and now I have space for stuff

  16. Family_Room Roku on June 14, 2020 at 6:47 pm

You can change the door on any fridge, to swing from the other side, in about 10 minutes. Just an FYI. I love your videos

You have a better stove/ grill setup. In college my kitchen was about that size but the refrigerator was smaller. The stove was a joke…two eyes you couldn’t use at the same time. The oven was tiny too.
So think I could deal with yours. 😊😏

It is Wednesday already (in Japan at least)… are you fine?

  19. Sonia Alvarado on June 14, 2020 at 6:54 pm

Loved your kitchen tour. Looks like there might be enough space over your microwave for a shelf to place your toaster oven. We have a toaster oven and it gets a lot more use than our stove oven or the microwave.

I love these quick and dirty videos. Just my style.

Can you show us how you make german bread?

  22. Winter Karasu on June 14, 2020 at 7:01 pm

..Small kitchen nice and clean (except for the toaster )✌
500 Yen for the container and the drinking water is unlimited?? that’s a good deal.

    love the video

Japanese apartment kitchens suck. The (electric) stoves like to turn themselves off after an hour, which makes slow cooking things a pain. Cutting/prep space is severly limited. The only good thing is the large sink, but I would quite happily sacrifice half of that for more chopping space.

Hi.. is the red microwave oven(sharp) can be use for bake bread and cake? Thank you

  28. Grumpy Bore on June 14, 2020 at 7:15 pm

I was impressed with the "exact portion" rice dispenser. and the policy of once you purchase a drinking water bottle from the grocery store you can refill it for free.
you must be in your mother in law’s favor with the gifting of the fridge that didn’t fit in your apartment!
