I have been collecting XBox One games all this generation while I was in college, so I am excited for the XSX that will play all these games incredibly. I won’t need any day one launch games. And by the time I am done this huge backlog, Microsoft will be releasing plenty of new games.

I always prioritize playstation in new generations but I did get a Xbox one x when the price worked for me last year (NBA 2K19 bundle was crazy cheap at Gamestop), loved the prices and deals I was able to get being late to the party so to speak. I am glad I watched im going to check out about 6 games you covered I didnt even know about!
xbox one sucks because you cant access your saves (backup is impossible)and the controller sucks( analog sticks have huge deadzones and are imprecise)even the elite 2 isn’t good. the xbox 360 was much better and had the better controller.

A little late to the party, but I know you’ve said that you like racing games so I have to recommend Redout on Xbox One to you. Think of games like F-Zero, Quantum Redshift and Wipeout but much much faster. Some of the vehicles in this game are reminiscent of those high speed sci-fi racing games, including one that looks like a pod-racer from Star Wars! Super fast, tight turns and an overall futuristic design. Really cool stuff, I’m definitely happy to have a copy for my Xbox One.

wolfenstein is really poor and shallow animations…shadow warrior 1 is cool but sw2 sux so much because all monsters are bullet sponges….!

It’s so frustrating that I’ve paid out the wazoo for digital downloads and then deciding I want the actual discs now. I should’ve went to the store this entire time. I just hope we don’t lose anymore from the Microsoft store like tmnt Arcade. I paid for it and it’s gone.
Try some Kinect games from this generation! The Kinect on the Xbox 1 is way better than the 360. Kung Fu Kinect is a hilariously good time with friends.

Wreckfest for pc is just a hell. So many bugs, most of the time its hard to even join a multiplayer game.
I bought a used xbox one original off Ebay for less than 140 bucks before right before covid hit. Totally worth it

With you being a huge gamer & collector I’m confused why you never got a Xbox one earlier? Especially living in Seattle which is made there. You didn’t get the experience from seeing the difference from Xbox one to Xbox one X. Huge difference. Made every game bump up in Graphics. Plus the Xbox one X is a lot more powerful then PS 4 pro.
I guess now’s the time more than ever to start collecting Xbox One games now that they’re cheap. Although I’m not sure whether or not it’s worth building up my PS4 collection, since I’m still not certain about PS5 backwards compatibility.
Over the past few months I’ve kind of getting out of video games. Like, I have this awesome library but every time I try to play something I get this mental resistance. I want to play stuff but every time I try it feels like work. Then I rediscovered your channel and started watching your collection videos. Thank you for putting the fun back into video games.

I started playing Recore for the first time a few days ago, and to be completely honest, I feel that it’s somewhat underrated. The game isn’t groundbreaking or anything, but I don’t think it deserves the hate that it got. The combat and platforming gives me Jet Force Gemini vibes, and I like the concept on how you have to match the color of your weapon to the color of each Corebot/Corebyte you fight. You can still kill them without using their color, but you cause more damage to them when you do. Also, I really like the companion concept as well, you need them to achieve and advance to certain parts and locations in the game. With that being said, I’m going for a 100% completion on Recore because that’s how much I’m enjoying the game.
The masaterchief wants you to pay for ODST and Reach … they are not std included
