I smashed my iphone6 on the weekend by accident and my sister gave me her Iphone 8 Plus to replace it.
I have no idea the features of this phone so here i am. All i know is it takes really nice pics at night compared to the blurry pics i got with the 6.

I got the iPhone 7 which has a smashed screen had over 2 years looking to upgrade I was going to get a iPhone 11 Pro but I don’t think I need the small amount of new features that i think won’t be better for me Touch ID is better. So am considering this one

Been using my 8+ for over 2 years (purchased in mid Sep 2019). Still works great! I’ll carry on using this phone for at least another year!
Ive been using my for about 3 years now, it is good in performance but ram wise wish there was more. I can open about 3-4 apps on the background and that’s it , sometimes even fewer and it will need to reload the app
This is the last of the real flagship iPhones. “Home button” …..nuff said. Apple has lost focus and direction and my latest 13 doesn’t feel as
“special” or “premium” as the 8+. I am actually buying backwards now.
I hate the new iPhone design (X and UP), the X started the trend to no home buttons and one whole screen, and even the new iPad pros have no home buttons, its just one big screen that you can break easily
I really recommend this phone, I bought it two months ago and I am having a great time with it. Very smoth, nice sound, good photos. Battery is at 81% and still doing good throught the day.

I kept my 8+ after upgrading to a 12 Pro. I use it as an iPad now. It has a data plan only on it and it stays in my car as my cable attached apple car play unit.
I’m getting a hand-me-down 8 plus from my Mother for Christmas, upgrading from a 6s.
I still use it I replaced my iPhone screen myself every time lol so cheap and easy
