Is it possible to go into power electronics or renewable energy system and then work in electronics(my school’s electrical engineering is kind of like energy/power engineering). so is it possible to work in big tech companies as an electronics engineer if i develop my knowledge and do master degree on electronics? will I be considered "valid" when there are people who have done b.sc in electronics?

  8. Douglas Guillen on November 19, 2021 at 6:50 am

I want to focus on electrical design engineering, designing power distribution system etc can you make video on that

  45. Ryan Tipps on November 19, 2021 at 7:37 am

I really appreciate that you explained the different industries and the types of companies/entities in each. This is a more useful way to think about what kind of EE you want to be. Many career videos talk about the work but don’t explain the industry that those jobs take place in.

  46. Fahad Akhtar on November 19, 2021 at 7:37 am

    Hi Jake
This was a good useful video. Thank you. I’m an EE graduated in May 2019. I’ve been working ever since at an undersea fiber-optic company. I think that’s part of of telecom. I would like to see videos on signals processing engineering, controls systems, and also systems engineering.
