I feel very fortunate to live in the Austin, TX area, so I want to share with people what I love about this area. I’m a full-time Realtor® in Georgetown, TX. I believe in the pursuit of happiness and for many, a home can be a great source of happiness and I enjoy working with people to find that special home to make wonderful memories in.

I’ve been married for over 20 years and have 3 wonderful daughters. My husband is the head of Fortis Academy in Liberty Hill – another great school to check out! We have a self-involved Indian Ringneck parrot, that gets doted on constantly by any one of us in our family. She’s not happy unless she’s on somebody’s shoulder.

Thoughts on Travisso? Looking either that community or communities in Lakeway or Dripping Springs.

Beware of new housing built in northern Austin area. The houses are build cheap and the labor is mostly unskilled. It’s amazing how bad some of the construction is on these new homes. Where I live, most of the houses are about a year old and one of the houses already had to have a new roof put on. Looking around, the roofs on several houses look like they have waves running through them. The seconds floor where I live feels like a trampoline and you can see furniture moving when you walk through some of the rooms. The guy who takes care of homeowner complaints is on our street several times a week.

If we were unlucky enough to have a tornado near here, there is zero chance any of these houses would remain standing.

It looks pretty rural, just a nice little small town, right? Thanks for the tour!

Thanks for the video. I love Leander. How do you think Apple campus, and Tesla will impact Leander?

I noticed Cedar Park and Leander doesn’t have their own separate school district like Pflugerville and Hutto and the same thing goes with Round Rock and Georgetown of having their own separate school districts.

Thanks for the information! I’m curious why you choose to move to Leander, instead of Liberty Hill?
