A team from MIT have developed an incredible series of biological materials grown from bacteria, which can assemble themselves into anything from tiny nanorobots to clothing and household items – all living organisms.

    If our electronics and such are built with living materials, might they be open to disease processes? Imagine your television having to take an antibiotic

    I don’t think big corporations would let us own anything like this. They’d lose too much money. Also, f$&k big Corporations.

    I wonder of the variety of elements and molecules this tech could assimilate. What tells it to stop eating, and is it possible for a runnaway process to occur. Sort of like the strangelet.
