Nothing like having the Daytona Speedway right out the front door.
They look beautiful and if you take good care and are not rough with things out should hold up. Now the worse part… there’s no wooden trim in the entire house. It’s basically cardboard with wood like vinyl covering it. Very easy to damage. Framing is probably 2x3s and on 24" centers. Sometimes they use 1x3s for top and bottom boards. They’re not made to last. And they are way too expensive for "affordable housing".
I bought stick framed home on. .54 acres in town for 64,500. I don’t pay lot rent and my taxes are a lot cheaper than going rate for lot rent. Just my opinion but I wouldn’t buy a new mobile home that was in a mobile home community. MAYBE on my own land

Why is the carpet so wrinkled up in the master? And do they have any used ones on which you can get good financing? I saw on one YouTube vid that even if you remove the axles and put them on a permanent foundation, you cannot resell them and get regular bank financing?
