Trooper lied about fear for his safety. Just one of many cop’s new sayings to mitigate their illegal actions, which also include "stop resisting" and "stop reaching for my gun" – both of which are often yelled repeatedly by cops even though videos show no resistance or attempts to get the cop’s gun by the person face-down on the ground with numerous cops on top of the person.
Another classic case of no justice for people of color.
This is proof that the justice ⚖ system is corrupt.
Her attorney is lying. His reaction is completely fabricated. The justice system isn’t the only thing that failed Sandra Bland.
I remember watching an America’s funniest Videos a long time ago about a highway patrol who pulled a white male over for speeding and the motorist goes nuts arguing to the officer. He even throws his ticket out the window and then starts swearing while the calm officer tells him if he doesn’t pick it up, he’ll give him another ticket for littering.
At the time, it was funny, but now, it just goes to show the blatant racial bias that exists.
Sandra Bland’s illegal arrest was the beginning of her death and Encio will forever be responsible for leading her down that road.

Notice how instead of being calm the officer escalated the situation and notice how he says “yank you out” she was agitated but he was rude the entire encounter.
