I had somebody come in to a place that I was working to buy alcohol.(which we didn’t have the beer he wanted so he didn’t purchase anything) He was killed an hour later and for months the investigation team hounded me to wether or not I sold him alcohol which I definitely would have because he seemed fine. Funny how that works it’s not like there is a breathalyzer at the counter but now your responsible if someone crashed later.

The pick up truck got over silver car channel, am I wrong? The pick up truck never made a stop before turning left, was the silver car eating a red light? Wait… the pick up truck driver turned into the silver car… like maybe he was speeding and drunk but the pick up driver saw the speeded and probably didn’t like it so he went infront of him causing the crash I mean clear as day the pick up truck drivers auctually at fault he shouldn’t of turned until it was clear…
not ok the other person sitting next to him in the car should have stopped drinking and pulled him over in fact the girlfriend should have told the boyfriend not to get in the car !!! DON’T DRIVE DRUNK IT RUINS SOOO MANY LIVES !!!
It’s not the bar fault it’s the drinker’s fault. I’ve been drunk at a bar but took an uber home for 15 dollars plus left a tip. You know why! Because I’m 40 years old and I take full responsibility for my actions at all times no matter what condition my mind is in.

It is past time to charge them a First Responders Fee, the primary aggressor, SHOULD have to pay (or their estate pay) a $25,000.00 fee to the First Responders. Taxpayers should NOT have to bear 100% of the expense for these crashes.
