The program is co-hosted by Karmen Lemberg, Program Administrator with the Housing Finance Authority of Pinellas County and Julian Hills, Public Information Officer with Pinellas County Marketing and Communications Department.
This month our topic really stinks! We’re talking garbage with Pinellas County Solid Waste Outreach Program Manager, Stephanie Watson. Stephanie tells us all about Pinellas County’s ongoing development of a Master Plan for its Solid Waste operations. She also tells us about a handy tool the county offers that can assist you in recycling responsibly. And, you’ll get a close up look at the Waste to Energy plant which turns garbage into electricity.
