This lens is barely 4 to 5 x… don’t buy it… I wasted my 1500 INR on amazon for this stupid device. A common magnifier glass gives a far better zoom.

The proper way to test macro lenses is to shoot a *RULER* ! Then you can look at the ruler on the screen and measure it. Same on a print.
TBH this is stupid — my homemade lens gives better result than this — check a video on my channel

100 magnification? That is BS. More like 16-20x max.
Its not focus and zoom. It’s called a macrometric and micrometric screw. People usually call them corse and fine focus, but that’s not quite the right term to use.
Can we view the magnified images without using phones?Can we directly see the images with our eyes?

Looks like a variation on the old "pocket" type microscope. I actually just ordered one of the "Blip" brand microscope lenses for my phone. It was designed by some uber-smart types at the Italian Institute of Technology. They put the money into a high quality lens and use a really simple inexpensive system to hold it in place.
I’m not sure how bad the shipping charges are from Gearbest, but this cheapie might be worth checking out.
