This is so cool! Fantastic work, my friend. This is going to be possibly the most thought out, and overall best VR game ever. I’m not sure if this project will have anything to do with the "Metaverse" in the future, but you’re the only person I trust to truly do it justice one day

Watch some mma videos the stance is very stiff and off and the movement is too but this is pretty good

I don’t want to be the guy to ask, but It needs to be answered. Will this be on the quest 2?

    Quick question-
It seems like this project is very ambitious and if pulled off properly, it can
and will be the next big thing! Due to this, have you had any companies
come to you and ask to purchase or help with production?

I know a person who was developing a crypto app in collage and
there were people coming left and right asking to buy it.
Just wondering if it was the same scenario.

I think the fighting stance looks a little stiff, I like how in Boneworks their arms aren’t like frozen in place.

Can you add euphoria ragdoll physics to the ragdoll like how GTA 4 ragdolls move around kinda when in a ragdoll state? And can you also make the ragdoll grabbable in certain spots? And can you also make penguin and tiiny be able to fight eachother?

is there going to be a version for oculus quest

  21. Piers Baker on May 23, 2022 at 3:43 am

I know this is kinda more of a sandbox game right now, but I can’t help but see the potential for virtual production (like vtubing I guess). If you could bring in your own avatars and there were systems for facial expressions then Project TX could actually be a really cool tool/toy for streamers and other content creators. I know firsthand how difficult it would be to implement that, but there is so much potential in this project. I actually can’t decide whether I want it to be released so I can play with it or if I want you to keep working on it until it becomes this huge project that reinvents VR interaction or something. Maybe that’s optimistic, but you’re super talented and you have a lot of dedication that many developers don’t have.

When does this switch from you messing around and just making whatever to actually going for some release?

  24. Maro on May 23, 2022 at 3:46 am

You should make a launcher for project tx so you can release builds more often

I’ve been subscribed to you for years, just curious what the end goal of this project is? An expensive dev asset? A game?

  38. BlessedSideRadio on May 23, 2022 at 4:04 am

  41. BOSS05 on May 23, 2022 at 4:10 am

I seem to recall there being like a system in the previous demos where you’d record your own movements for hand poses and such, would it be possible to apply a similar system to animating the Tiiny using your own movements (like a semi-motion capture of sorts) for certain animations like taunts and punches?
It might take some time to set up but having an enemy NPC that moves around like you do would go a long way in making it look alive

  42. Supervisor on May 23, 2022 at 4:10 am

Your games are good enough for app lab

  44. Stiekeme Henk on May 23, 2022 at 4:11 am

Instead of doing mesh reshaping and stuff like that, couldn’t you use a metaball type of system? I’m sure someone has made it for Unity before.

  45. Chubbz on May 23, 2022 at 4:13 am

More and more impressed with every video Nim! With how slow the vr market is growing right now in terms of pushing what’s possible, I love nothing more than seeing you progress the medium. When I think of software that defines what vr is capable of, I think Half Life: Alyx, Boneworks/Labs and ProjectTX and hopefully one day, the whole vr space will think the same. You’re an innovator my good man. Please never lose the passion you exude in every video.
