Russ isn’t top ten and I agree with Max… he barely can shoot an outside shot, he plays like he trusts no one, and he’s singlehandedly responsible for make the triple-double the most OVERRATED stat in the modern NBA. Yeah, three consecutive seasons with a triple double is nice, but with the talent that surrounded him (i.e. Sabonis, George, Melo, Oladipo) and to NOT make it past the first round? I still stand by the statement a 6th seed an MVP does not make, because of his "triple-double" everyone was SO obsessed with, it took away the excellence from James Harden and Kawhi Leonard who one of them should’ve been MVP that season

All Stephen A and Perkins talk about is how good Westbrook is, they don’t say where he ranks on their list. People like Stephen A and Perkins have 25 players on their top 10. I actually think Westbrook is top 10, and I would actually take PG off the list and put Russ at 9 and Dame at 10. But I can actually name my top 10. Even though I disagree with Max having Westbrook out of the top 10, he still won this debate because he gave proof as to why he thinks he is not which I respect.
Russ is better than dame though. And what is Luka doing that Russ isn’t doing? Russ numbers are just as good
