Thank you for the in depth review of this pedal. I’ve had one for months and while I was able to set it up to do what I wanted, I never really understood how to do it properly. This was a massive help. Easily the best video I’ve ever watched concerning a compressor pedal, even better that it covers the exact one I have.
In America they did all there trading wearing buck skin loin cloths, whereas in Europa they actually wore live squids to cover their bits, hence the term ‘quid’
seems a nOice choice for the bargain…but i was wondering if the boss cs3 is a better bang for the buck…given it has tone control (for some darker sounds).
has anyone got any suggestions?which one can give more compression on max?
After seeing this review i went out and bought this compressor. It does exactly what i was looking for, highlighted in this video: it is a transparent compressor. TC, go and buy this dude a lunch!

I like a compressor that is not transparent. Some compressors are almost transparent, while others, like the Boss CS-1 and CS-2 are very blatant. I love those early Boss compressors!
Love how, even with the attack all down it didn’t take away the Color of the sound.
About Power supply. there are barely no reviews about this. Is this true that it is better to have one PS for each of the pedals ??? what are cheap but good pS to Buy online ?? Thank you for answer..

And what would happen if you combine these on a pedalboard ? Some weird stuff or could that sounds actually good ? Grüße aus Gent Belgien.
