This is out-right, Murder. And, he’s got all kinds of connections in the legal system in that district, including his former wife, who is a judge.
Dude better get charged….And this father wasnt doing anything that would require someone to get a gun…..that dude had no business to get involved…..
That’s messed up.
So let me get this straight. The man was tresspassing. And asked to leave because the kid was not there. A court order doesnt give you the right to tresspass. The kid will go out to the road to get picked up. The dude gave him plenty of warning but instead he started threatening him. The property owner grabbed his gun which he had every right to because he felt threatened. The dad then ASSAULTED the property owner and tried grabbing his DEADLY weapon from him which he could have used to kill the property owner. At this point its very clear the real father is violent and dangerous, wont leave assaulting the man and is saying he will hurt him. Then the man rightfully shoots him twice. Most likely saving his life from death or severe bodily harm. After watching this happen you people STILL want to claim murder? LOL. It shocks me how no one has the ability to think critically whatsoever anymore. This is such a clear case of self defence its hilarious. But then again most americans have the combined iq of a barnyard cow.
RIP ❤️ to such a wonderful father just trying to pick up his son on time.

EX-WIFE SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE!! Don’t be trying to play dumb now! She had full responsibility of that court order and she knew both of these men WELL! And she knew if that boy wasn’t there when his father arrived it was going to start some shit!! She just used her boyfriend like a chump! Now boyfriends fighting for his freedom, and it not his wife nor his child. Ex-husband lost his life, Son lost his father, Ex-husband’s girlfriend lost her man and why? All because of one angry, selfish, vindictive bitch! This poor kid will carry this burden for the rest of his life! His friend and family seeing this shit on media an all over YouTube! I sure hope he makes it in life!

Looks like the father was setup. Why did the ex-wife go outside to instigate and escalate. I believe in self defense but this looked more like murder. Completely unnecessary and the trauma to the child will affect him the rest of his life.

To be honest looks like the Chad Read was practically in self defense trying to take the gun. Pay mind the child is there too. Chad Read actually was less aggressive. This law needs certain factors in order to be genuine. Bcuz I can kill someone I don’t like by inviting him over.

This makes every ex husband who is getting screwed over by his ex wife think about ending things differently before they run into this situation.
He should have never went in and got the gun there was no reason to bring his gun out in that situation. But once that man tried to grab that gun and take it from him that man could have used it on him so it was self-defense in that aspect. But the little man should have never got the gun he did not want to get his ass beat physically I think he was a coward.
