Most reliable, Apple? I don’t think so.. I personally know people who had hard disk issue in a year or two and apple will charge you 1/4 of the laptop price to fix it. As wedding photographer, we use mid range Asus for years for same day edit, video editing, etc… And no complain. Except for battery which is ok if if need to change aftee 3 or 4 years.

Dell XPS 17" from 2011 till 2019 still going 8 years strong. Some design faults like hinges of the screen broke but that seems to be Pretty much standard These days except for those Toshiba laptops I have still in use. I hace an old Sony Vaio who is by now to slow but still runs would it not be because it’s failing HDD. Indeed the Toshiba’s from 2000+ are good machines as were the Sony’s. But I have an Dell Inspiron 11 for back up which isnt bad eigther and still going strong from 2015 till today 2019 without a Problem – but built Quality is nowhere nearing the Toshibas or Sony’s.

  15. Larry M on July 23, 2020 at 8:32 pm

My Acer laptop last 1 years with 6 times services

  21. Martin Thomas on July 23, 2020 at 8:37 pm

My Lenovo laptop is 5 years old and running still without any issue despite the rough use

  22. Morning Wood on July 23, 2020 at 8:37 pm

I would say Apple (not sure about that butterfly whatever keyboard technology thought, there are issues apparently), Acer, Asus. I would add Dell and Lenovo for their higher end products. I have had nothing but trouble and frustration with anything HP I have ever owned, I am done with them. Then of course you have the high end laptops like Aero, but it’s expensive.

  25. Varun Deshpande on July 23, 2020 at 8:40 pm

Your video is useless without facts and figures. Defects per piece, warranty conditions, recall procedures, customer support and average longitivity of the product is what needs to be stated when ranking brands in terms of reliability.

  26. Abhishek Chaudhary on July 23, 2020 at 8:41 pm

    Lenovo??

  27. Diego Villazana on July 23, 2020 at 8:43 pm

  28. Sanjay Khosh on July 23, 2020 at 8:46 pm

ASUS tops most of the lists in reliability this is not a right one, just favoring american brands which are not as reliable as ASUS , there phones are also very reliable in my experience, all my family members use ASUS products now..

  49. Bekmurod Abduhamidov on July 23, 2020 at 9:11 pm

I have bought a brand new lenovo (ideapad ) 2 years ago and treated it like a baby, almost never played games. All I did was watching movies and some programming , 2 months ago I shut it down at night and in the morning it "dead". They say motherboard is f..d. I think I never buy Lenovo again.
