Traded my s10 plus in for iPhone 11 Pro Max 256gb and I don’t regret it one bit.

I’ve only owned Samsung’s until this year. I almost went for the Galaxy Note 10+ because it’s obviously awesome but when my S7 Edge crapped out after only a couple years despite being well taken care of, I decided to make a switch to the iPhone. I got the 11 Pro Max & I hope it last for at least 4 years. If so, then my next phone will be another iPhone.

Although it’s not my daily driver, I’d say the phone to beat would have to be my ‘iPhone 11 Pro Max’. It was the best of 2019 and to date! Thanks for an awesome vid Tim x

I love my Note 10 Plus, but I can’t deny that the newest iPhones are pretty dam good. I prefer my Androids at the end of the day.

    Apple : Best Camera…overall
Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ : Best everything else and features..
Mathematics isnt my strongest point, help me compute how you arrived at that decision 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤔😂🤣

What were the big changes with ios 13 besides dark mode? All I remember was being bummed that none of the multitasking features of ipad os went to iphone… and also it was buggy as heck to the point where they had to push out like weekly updates for a month or 2. Pretty embarrassing.

  11. Marcus: MST on November 3, 2020 at 4:12 pm

Nah mate! That’s disappointing – iPhone 11 Pro Max… Seriously? I did MKBHDs blind camera test. And you should too!
"Ecosystem" BS! Samsung has its own if you cared to just look… And doesn’t even equate to the phone experience itself… You’re choosing the iPhone because it has the ability to share files – is what you’re saying when you boil it down… And that’s disappointing. All the best for 2020

    Thanks Tim 👍

    I’m Sure I’ll be laughed at –
But, to "me", I would like to see a Phone that can beat my,
    Nexus 6P 😏 (Updated of course !).

I Still Love my N6P ❤️, and would be Thrilled to see Google replicate the, "Greats Specs, for Reasonable Price" Idea Again.

Have been, (with the exception of the Camera – first OS Updates, and what not), Sorely Disappointed with the Pixel Line😕 !

If Google Fails to come up with something that can Truly Compete with Other Flagships,
(especially Samsung), and doesn’t even Try to be the Epitome of what an Android Device Should Be – which I "DO NOT SEE ANY Reason for Them to Not be Able to Do" – I will HAVE to look elsewhere 😡 !

My N6P, will be Five Years Old, by October, 2020 !

    PLEASE WAKE UP GOOGLE 🙏.

0:40 – OnePlus 7 Pro looks a class apart.. Easily the best looking phone of 2019.

  19. Gage Miller on November 3, 2020 at 4:22 pm

Samsung guy personally, I have the original Galaxy s10, love it. Smaller screen so more PPI & smaller hole cut out on forward facing display. Don’t see a use for the depth sensor or the extra cooling device on the s10+ cause I don’t game on my phone or take many selfies. Those are all great smartphones though 👍

    For the audiophile:
    LG phones.
    ES9218P

The ES9218P SABRE HiFi SoC; 32-bit Stereo Mobile DAC with 2 Volt Headphone Amplifier

Professional Output Level for the Next Generation of Smartphones

The ES9218P SABRE HiFi SoC delivers an audiophile grade output that can deliver 2.0Vrms output, allowing the ES9218P to drive the most demanding headsets and provide a true line-level output to match professional audio equipment. It features an extremely high level of integration allowing it to be integrated into mobile devices without sacrificing audio quality. The heart of the ES9218P ESS’s award-winning SABRE DAC technology, with a HyperStream II modulator. This is the same architecture that is used in the world’s finest audiophile equipment.

Industry Leading Performance & Comprehensive Format Support

The ES9218P HiFi SoC leverages the company’s patented 32-bit HyperStream architecture that can support up to 32-bit 384kHz PCM and DSD256 to deliver up to 130 dB SNR and -114 dB Total Harmonic Distortion plus Noise (THD+N) ensuring audiophile quality sound all the way to the headphones. It also supports the industry’s most popular high resolution and lossless audio formats including DSD, DoP, FLAC, ALAC, AIFF and WAV. Compressed legacy formats are also supported so the consumer is assured the best possible listening experience.

The ES9218P’s integrated SABRE Headphone Amp supports up to 2.0Vrms output with analog gain control to reduce output noise at real-life listening levels. An integrated output switch allows an auxiliary source such as voice to bypass the ES9218P for lowest power consumption in non-HiFi mode.

By integrating ESS audio building blocks, including the DAC, headphone amplifier, feedback resistors, and output switch into a single package, the ES9218P also reduces the amount of board space used by the audio subsystem enabling the ever-shrinking, slimmer phone formats demanded by today’s consumers.

    For gamers: Asus Rog 2

For photos: Nokia Pure View 9

For video: LG V50, Iphone (with seperate app), samsung Note and galaxy.

All around features for the price LG G8.

One plus does not have a headphone jack, sd card, water resistance, wireless charging, or 1440P.

But still offers a lot for the money 90 hz screen large screen, ok cameras,

I’m using the Galaxy Note 10+ 5G. And this is not only the best phone for me but for almost everyone. Have been using this for 5 months. This was my first note series. These years always have been using s series. But next if note 20+ comes gonna buy it. IPhone 11 pro max was also great. Best phone for iPhone users. Also other Chinese companies like oppo, xiaomi, realme did great. Asus didn’t so well but with their Gaming phone, well I’m astonished.

  28. Khaleesi on November 3, 2020 at 4:33 pm

I really want to have one of those phones, those phones all are so great to upgrade from my old iPhone 6 😭😭😭😭

  29. Abdul Rahman Noor on November 3, 2020 at 4:35 pm

Anyone notice that the smartphone race is slowly turning into a complete Chinese showdown?
In fact outside of Apple and Samsung, literally every other phone in everyone’s top 10 list is Chinese – from relatively established players such as OnePlus to companies started yesterday like Realme.

No one seems to care about LG, Sony or Asus anymore, and most of the others are dead (Sharp, Toshiba, Panasonic etc. to name a few).

  38. Mark Reyes on November 3, 2020 at 4:42 pm

The most important feature for me is call-over-data feature. I have huawei y11 before and support call-over-3g, now mostly all phones dont have it and they are saying it is due to the network when in fact it is due to hardware. I use to be able to make my phone as hotspot for laptop while still making call.. Now it is hard to explain to your boss that you cant forward email because he is still not cutting the call..

  39. TheSentinel909 on November 3, 2020 at 4:45 pm

I cannot tolerate Apple and IOS, but I respect your opinion… as far as I’m concerned: ROG phone 2 🙂

  41. Caroline Ullrich on November 3, 2020 at 4:46 pm

ONE OTHER THING THAT WAS A A HUGE DISAPOINTMENT WAS THE MISLEAFING OF SCREEN SIZE. THE 8 VERSES THE 10 +- THEY JUST MAKE BETTER USE OF THE SCREEN COVERAGE. ) ONCE I PUT MY 2 PHONES BACK TO BACK, THERE WAS JUST A HAIRS DIFFERENCE IN SIZE. I’LL TELL YOU INWAS ANGRY, REALLY ANGRY. WATCHING THESE SO CALLED PHONE COMPARISON IN SIZE, THEY SOMEHOW MAKE IT LOOL LIKE THERE IS A BIG DIFFERENCE- THERE IS NOT. You know what, the phones are are nice- except how slick they are – which IS extremely- as in you break your phone quicker THEREFORE you’ll buy another one. I know, buy a cover – an additional $50-$60 plus (probably). Main reason for me being here is that you outright buy, or buy in mo payments. Either way, once we buy our nice phones. I don’t know about you- me, I really use my phone. One huge disappointment, extreme annoyance is that – even though you are on a so called unlimited everything olan which sounds good (BUT IT’S NOT) YOU HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT SAYING IF YOU USE 50 (MG, ????- THEY CAN SLOW DOWN YOUR SPEED, or cancell your contract and turn you off) THIS HAPPENS TO ME ALL THE TIME! I MEAN ALL THE TIME, LONG LOAD TIMES. WHEN YOUR WATCHING A MOVIE IT STOPS ALL THROUGHOUT THE MOVIE (OR WHAT EVER YOU MAY BE DOING). I’VE BEEN WITH SPRINT I THINK 19 YEARS, ALL THOSE YEARS I’VE BEEN MISLEAD IN ONE WAY OR ANOTHER. WHEN I UPGRADED FROM MY SAMSUNG NOTE 8 TO MY NOTE 10 PLUS ( I WANTED THE ONE WITH A BIGGER MEMORY- BUT THEY SAID IT WOULD BE AN ADDITIONAL $300.00 SECURITY DEPOSIT), ON TOP OF THAT I HAD TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT IF I WANTED TO DO AN UPGRADE ( I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT MY OTHER PHONE WAS GOING OUT ON ME- IT JUST STOPPED WORKING ONE DAY- ON MY WALK HOME- NO INTERNET) I CALLED SPRINT, NO ONE COULD FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT. SO THEY WANTED ME TO USE MY WIFI ( HOME INTERNET FOR MY PHONE) I THOUGHT IM PAYING YOU GUYS GOOD MONEY AND YOU WANT ME TO USE MY WIFI HOME INTERNET FOR MY SPRINT PHONE) MY PHONE WAS OUT FOR APPROXIMATELY 3- 4 DAY. BUT ON MY 1ST DAY I THOUGHT I HAVE TO UPGRADE. THIS WILL PROBABLY BE MY LAST PHONE( APPROXIMATELY ($1,4XX.XX) UNLESS I DECIDED TO KEEP IT ONCE THE CONTRACT WAS UP- MORE MONEY), ONE DAY I WAS GOING INTO MY SETTINGS JUST MESSING AROUND WITH MY PHONE, I JUST HAPPENED TO HIT SOMETHING IN MY SETTING- MY PHONE STARTED WORKING AGAIN. 1ST THOUGHT WAS THEY SHUT OFF MY PHONE INTERNET PROBABLY BECAUSE OF MY USAGE.I COULDN’T BELIEVE IT. MY PHOME WAS BACK UP AND WORKING, AND I ALSO GOT INTO A NEW PHONE AFTER I WAS FORCED TO SIGN A CONTRACT TO GET INTO A NEW PHONE. SAYING I HAVE MY SAME OLD PLAN NOTHINGS CHANGED- THE EXCEPTION WAS ON MY SO CALLED "UNLIMITED" PLAN- IF I GO OVER MY ALLOTTED AMOUNT OF 50 MB? GB?( NOT SURE OF TERM- THEY CAN REALLY SLOW DOWN MY USAGE, OR EVEN OUTRIGHT CANCELL MY SERVICE) , I USE MY PHONE ALL THE TIME, AND I MEAN "ALL THE TIME- SAY 20 HRS OUT OF 24. EVEN BEFORE I GOT INTO THIS NEW CONTACT SAME OL UNLIMITED "EVERYTHING"- THEY WERE SLOWING MY SERVICES DOWN. ONE WOMAN TOLD ME IT WAS BECAUSE THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH INTERNET FOR EVERYONE. SO WHY DO THEY SELL YOU UNLIMITED EVERYTHING- THEN YOUR ALLOWANCE IS THE 50MG, GB ( WHATEVER THE TERM ). VERY MISLEADINGLY. THATS MY THOUGHT ON SPRINT TODAY. ANYONE ELSE WITH THE SAME THOUGHTS OR ISSUES ON USAGE, CONTACT, PHONE SIZE, DEPOSIT ON LARGER MEMORY? P.S. EARPLUS, AND JUST PHONE VOLUME SUCKS. ITS REALLY BAD. MY SAMSUNG NOTE 8 IS 100% BETTER? ALONG WITH MY OLD EAR PHONE PLUGS. IM TRHING TO MAKE THEM LAST AS LONG AS POSSIBLE. WHEN I LISTION TO MUSIC. I GO TO MY SAMSUNG NOTE 8 , WITH MY OLD EAR PLUGS AND USE MY WIFI, ALSO I CAN CHARGE MY PHONE AT THE SAME TIME. VERSES SAMSUNG NOTE 10 PLUS, IT’S EITHER CHARGE- USING THE WALL PLUG. YOU CAN’T DO BOTH. THE IDIOT WHO DID THIS…. HE WASN’T MENTALLY THERE WHILE DOING THIS. I KNOW THEY JUST WANT YOU TO SPEND MORE MONEY ON MERCHANDISE, ADAPTORS, WIRLESS EAR PLUGS NEW PHONE COVERS- BECAUSE THEY CHANGE THE PHONE SCHEMATIC VERY SLIGHTLY.

  42. Taha Tech on November 3, 2020 at 4:46 pm

I completely agree with you on this!
I’ve used S10 Plus, Note 10 Plus, OnePlus 7 Pro and Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max this year and iPhone is by far the best phone!! 😍
However, I think Apple needs to improve their display (Refresh rate wise) but other than that I’ve got no problem! 😊
